Arrow & Quill NDIS Plan Manager has been providing ethical client-centric based plan management services to our clients since 2020.  Our Mission, ‘To always act in the best interest of our clients’, is why our clients are very satisfied and our client retention rate is at 99.97% high.

In upholding our mission, we believe that the key is to maintain full independence, without any conflict of interests, restrictive practices and affiliations to other providers in the delivery of our plan management.  The standards we hold all NDIS providers to are without bias, yet we stand ready to assist providers with getting paid promptly through prompt communication, to act in the best interest of our clients.  

 

To the best of our ability, we aim to protect our clients from having NDIS claw back funds for payments not deemed to be related to their disability, and from provider practices that are not in the interest of the participants.

 

Every NDIS participant is different and so is their plan and scope of utilisation.  While at the end of the day, there is always room for argument as to what is reasonable and necessary (that's why there's a tribunal), we aim to reduce the incidence of NDIS funds clawback due to non-compliance by ensuring provider claims are done right in the first place.

 

Our onboarding is fast and simple.  We onboard participants and can start processing claims within the same working day.

The payment processing is easy and seamless.  Payments are made within 2-5 working days depending on individual approval preferences and requirements.  We actively seek ways to reduce human errors in processing through effective use of latest available technology.

New to NDIS? All you need to do is one of the following:

1. Download this pre-filled letter, complete it and submit that to your NDIS planner or

2. Ring NDIA (1800 800 110) to nominate us - our provider number is 405 006 8404.  Further details can be downloaded here. OR

3. You may just copy and paste the relevant information to your email and send it your NDIS planner.
