We understand many new participants and providers may have questions regarding the services a plan manager may provide. We have compiled some of the most common questions we receive for you to read and understand.

  • A Plan Manager helps you manage the financial side of your NDIS plan, including processing invoices, tracking budgets, providing monthly statements, and helping you understand how to use your funding effectively.

  • Plan Management fees are funded under your NDIS plan provided you have allocated budget for plan management.

  • You can reach out to us online, via email, or by phone. Once we receive your details, consent, and you have endorsed us as your plan manager, we can start managing your plan immediately after onboarding.

  • Endorsement can be completed simply by calling the NDIS, asking to endorse Arrow & Quill NDIS Plan Manager using our provider ID: 405 006 8404. If you encounter any complications, simply call us on 1300 634 711 and we will help you with the endorsement process.

  • Yes, if you are plan managed. With Plan Management, you can use any provider of your choice, including unregistered ones, provided the services meet NDIS rules and relate to your disability needs.

  • Arrow & Quill NDIS Plan Management processes payments within 2-8 business days once the invoice is approved and your plan has sufficient funds.

  • Beyond standard plan management, you may request optional paid services such as:

    • Help with understanding your plan

    • Support coordination

    • Advocacy and safeguarding

    • Stakeholder meeting attendance

  • We provide a portal for real-time budget balances and monthly statements to keep you up to date with your spending.
