We process invoices, check they meet NDIS rules and guidelines, and pay providers quickly.
Budget Tracking & Statements
We track your spending against your budget and send easy-to-read statements so you always know what’s left. You can also access real-time budget balances through our portal.
Provider & NDIS Liaison
We talk with providers and the NDIS about payments, service bookings and invoice issues.
Additional Supports (Non-Monthly Plan Management)
Arrow & Quill NDIS Plan management also provides additional NDIS-funded support services that allow you to greater utilise your NDIS funding. We are proud to offer supplementary support coordination services, participant advocacy and safeguarding, stakeholder meeting attendance, and can assist you with further understanding what you can and cannot spend on your NDIS plan.
These extra services are optional and can usually be funded from Core or Capacity Building, separate to Plan Management.
